Pay by Phone
ClassicPlan Pay by Phone is a service we provide for your
insured at a nominal fee to make their monthly payment, using their
checking account. This is a safe, reliable option to make those last
minute late payments to avoid cancellation. To take advantage of this
service please advise your insured to call our Customer
Service Department and request a Pay by Phone.

To use our Pay by Phone service your insured should follow these easy
steps.

Have the following checking account information (located on the
bottom of their check) ready for the Customer Service Representative
(CSR):
Routing Number
Bank Account Number
Check Number

Call our Customer Service Department and state that they would like to do
a Pay by Phone.

Give all of their checking account information to the CSR and confirm the
amount they are paying.

They will receive a tracking number from our CSR to confirm the
transaction was completed. Please advise them to write this down for their
records.

Void their check and DO NOT mail the check to our office.
That's it! We will credit their loan as though we had received the check in the
mail. In order to guarantee same day credit for the pay by phone their
call must be received by 4:00 pm (PST) Monday through Friday.
