Pay by Phone
ClassicPlan Pay by Phone is a service we provide at a nominal fee
to make your monthly payment, using your checking account. This is
a safe, reliable option to make those last minute late payments to
avoid cancellation. To take advantage of this service please call our
Customer Service Department and request a Pay by
Phone.

To use our Pay by Phone service follow these easy steps.

Have the following checking account information (located on the
bottom of your check) ready for the Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Routing Number
Bank Account Number
Check Number

Call our Customer Service Department and state that you would like to do a Pay
by Phone.

Give all of your checking account information to the CSR and confirm the
amount you are paying.

You will receive a tracking number from our CSR to confirm the transaction was
completed. Please write this down for your records.

Void your check and DO NOT mail the check to our office.
That's it! We will credit your loan as though we had received the check in the
mail. In order to guarantee same day credit for the pay by phone your call
must be received by 4:00 pm (PST) Monday through Friday.
