Field Marketing Representative positions available in California, Arizona and
Oregon.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES include:

Communicate with Company's producers regarding products, service and production
via personal visits, letters and email. Respond to inquires and maintain and
/or improve the producer's relationship with the Company. Provide marketing and
promotional material, as needed, to producers. Provide producer training as
needed.

Identify prospective producers and establish a business relationship.
Communicate with these prospective producers via personal visits,
introduction/follow up letters and email.

Monitor individual producer production, identify and address reasons for
decline. Identify opportunities for growth. Communicate those opportunities to
management.

Assist Management with development and/or updating of products. Conduct field
surveys to assess industry/market needs. Advise Management of business
opportunities and business climate changes.

Represent the Company at industry functions/conventions/conferences. Travel to
and participate in company presentations, trade show exhibits and promotions.

Maintain producer database.

Compile information for, and submit, weekly marketing reports.
Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two
years experience in insurance sales and/or marketing; or equivalent combination
of education and experience.

Will be a motivated self-starter, have excellent time management skills and
demonstrate ability to consistently meet or exceed objectives.

Must be comfortable introducing themselves, meeting new people and occasionally
speaking in public.

Well-versed in commercial lines insurance coverages. Experience in insurance
premium finance is a plus but not required.

Candidate must be comfortable using computers and most common software
programs.

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
